Unlimited Building Services is a general contractor delivering multifamily and commercial construction across the Texas Triangle: Dallas, Austin, Houston, San Antonio, and the markets between them.

We were built to close the gap that costs owners the most. That gap is the distance between what a contractor commits to in preconstruction and what actually gets executed in the field. Every commitment we make is authorized by the people responsible for delivering it.

We Self-Perform the Scopes That Decide the Schedule

Concrete and rough framing set the critical path on every project we build. We self-perform both.

Foundations, flatwork, and structural pours, then Type V and Type III wood frame. Slab through roof, with established local trade partners in every market we serve.

Our pricing on those scopes comes from crews we control and work we have built ourselves. When the structure is ours, the critical path is ours, and the schedule holds because we are the ones holding it.

Unlimited was founded on more than three decades of commercial, institutional, and multifamily construction across Texas. Hospitals, industrial facilities, schools, federal and military work, retail, and large-scale multifamily.

How We Work

Plan the work. Preconstruction is where projects are won or lost. Scope gaps, constructability conflicts, and unrealistic durations get resolved on paper, not in the field.

Communicate honestly. Clients hear the schedule as it is, not as it was hoped to be. Bad news early is worth more than good news late.

Hold every team accountable. Subcontractors are managed to their commitments. The standard is the same for every trade on the job.

Deliver in the field what was promised in the office. Every proposal we sign is one we intend to execute exactly as written.

Unlimited is led directly by its founder and principal, Martin Espericueta, CEO & Director of Operations, who carries responsibility for every project from preconstruction through closeout.

‍ Leadership stays with a project from award through final closeout. The accountability a client is given at signing is the accountability they have on the last day of the job.
